I am an experienced adult educator and Learning and Development professional with more than 20 years of experience across government, higher education, regulated industries and private enterprise.
My background spans Business, Human Resources, workplace training, adult education and digital learning. Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered training, assessed learners, coached and mentored professionals, and developed practical learning resources that turn complex information into clear, useful education.
I am currently completing the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, building on my previous Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

My training experience includes workplace induction, professional education, postgraduate teaching, one-to-one coaching and online learning.
I have designed and delivered induction programs within government, taught postgraduate students at the Australian National University, trained and mentored professionals working in regulated environments, and developed educational programs for online delivery.
My approach is practical and learner focused, with an emphasis on making complex information easier to understand and apply.
